House Progress: A Little Over A Year In

I haven’t posted since May!!! How did that happen?? I will definitely not be winning blogger of the year award. Haha.

Today, I want to share what our house is looking like a little over a year in. We celebrated the year anniversary of living in our house on January 15th. I really can’t believe it’s been a whole year! It’s exciting to see how far things have come and it’s also exciting to keep doing projects and making our house feel more and more like us!

And now a slew of before and “progress” photos because let’s be honest…I don’t know when or if I’ll ever feel like my house is ready to be called “after.”

3rd Bedroom (used as Stephen’s music room):

Progress- As you can see there is still no light fixture, nothing on the walls and basically everything was just plopped down in there. Did I think this room would still look like this a year in?? No way, but life happens and other things were priorities 🙂

You’ll notice that I left out the kitchen because I am going to share the whole process we went through in November of updating it. Stay tuned 🙂

That sums up our house at this point. Still a lot to do, but proud of how far it’s come!

xoxo,

O
